Hey, I don't know about you but I ALWAYS listen to music while I draw so I'm always finding new music to listen to.  Cuz of that, I keep a music blog. www.facebook.com/group.php?v=w… (It's a group on facebook called the Music Find) There's so much music out there and I don't like listening to the radio because of commercials.  What music do you listen to while you draw?  Or do you listen to audio books?  Well, if you want some good music to draw to go to my music blog.  If you have your favorite stuff to listen to please share..i'm curious.

I own one graphic novel and I want to be a comic book artist.  I NEED more comics to get a better understanding of them. So I'm going to be getting a bunch for christmas.  Could anyone help by telling me comics with good art or good artists?  As long as it has good art thats really the priority. Open to everything.  Links would help.

To the past year of constant pain, discomfort, and hospital visits I say, "GOOD RIDANCE"

Two weeks ago I started feeling better and now I feel fine with the exception of a big numb scar.  -sounds like a character "numb scar" anyways, i've been sick since september of LAST YEAR.  that is 13 months of being sick.  but it's over now and i think it is showing in my art.  i can tell a huge difference- look at my past two submits compared to the rest.

If you fly American Airlines in December, look at the seat magazine and you'll see my ad designs.  TWO FULL PAGES (not cheap) are in there.  Bernard Passman jewelry and sculptures.

Yesterday I got out of work an hour early because it was too hot for the sculptors and jewelry makers.  It was 114 outside and almost 90 in the work room.  At 8:00 it was 102.  Deserts are hot.  If you visit Vegas, stay inside or inside the pool area.

I'm a lemonade conasuer.  I think chic fil a, cracker barrel, and Red Lobster have the best lemonade.  And mix a little sprite and real lemon into reg. lemonade and its mucho better.

Last night my wife and I were on Americas Got Talent kissing backstage.

I like the Simpsons, but I've watched all the episodes that are free on megavideo now.  Tip: hook your computer up to your tv and watch tv and movies on surfthechannel.com for free.  I've never liked cable tv.

Over the past few months I've built a music playlist on youtube of the best techno songs.  If you like the crystal method at all you should try listening to the playlist.  It's Best of Electronica/techno on my profile jjj3jjj.  Search jjj3jjj techno on youtube.

Curl up and die; that's what I want to do.  My body continues to refuse to let me live a normal, happy, and easy life.  I've had g.i. problems for over a month now and they can't figure out what it is that's wrong.  And everytime I hear G.I. joe i think gastro intestinal joe.  In trying to solve that problem they find a "nodule" on my lung where my previous cancer was rubbing against my lung.

My health is what started me drawing, but now it's the thing that will try to end my drawing.  While I was in the hospital, I couldn't draw for 2 months I was so shaky from the medication.  I lost my vision for 2 weeks and when I painted for America's Got Talent I was so shaky it was like I was drawing while driving on a gravel road.  My hand was literally out of my full control.  Later that day I got a call from the doc saying that my drug level was too high causing severe shaking.

My line work has definately taken a beating.  I wish I could wish this f'n mess away.

hey if you're a comic script writer read this please -I'm wanting to do some sequential art penciling to start a portfolio.  If you have a script, I'll draw it out and you can use my art to support your story.  I'll give you as much feedback as i can.

I just got off the phone with America's Got Talent and it appears that I am going to be on this season's show.  AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!  Which is like a dream come true.  I
m going to be painting on the show.  I'm very very excited.

In 3 days I will have my liver removed from my body and my wife will be giving up 60 % of her liver to plant it in my body.  In a month we'll have a full and fully functioning liver.  This liver disease I have is what got me started on art.  After 10 years, it's finally turned into cancer and it is cool to see how far I've progressed in the arts.  I'll be doing a lot of drawing during the next month because I will be half way bed ridden and not able to work or leave Phoenix.
